Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Residential VPS.

  • Goods/Services refer to the items offered for sale on the Website.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods/Services from Us.

  • Website refers to ResidentialVPS, accessible from https://residentialvps.com

  • You mean the individual accessing or using the Website, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order anytime without giving any reason for doing so.

Our Refund Policy

  • If you pay for a VPS and request a refund before receiving it, you will be refunded immediately.

  • If you request a refund within 24 hours of taking delivery, then you will get a full refund.

  • If you seek a refund after using a VPS for a few days, you will get a refund for the remaining days. For example, if you use a VPS for 11 days and request a refund, you will get a refund for 19 days.

  • If you seek a refund for a fresh VPS (be it within 24 hours or after a few days), you can get a refund for only the recurring or renewal amount.

  • After the first month, a fresh VPS will be counted as a used VPS. If you request a refund after 1 month, you will receive the refund as per the used VPS refund policy (rule number: 3).

  • The refund process will be completed within three business days.

IP Replacement Policy

  • If a VPS is not working or is down due to issues on our end and you request a replacement, then you will get a replacement immediately.

  • If a VPS and the internet within it are working properly but you fail to do your required task and request to change your VPS, then you need to pay $15 as a "One-Time Service Charge."

  • If you want to change your VPS to a fresh one, you need to pay $24.95.
